WelcomeOur adult day care facility is licensed by the Texas Department of Aging and Disability Services and has been operating in South San Antonio since 1998. Living Days Adult Day Care provides a secure place for social activities, nutritious meals and snacks, an exercise program, mental stimulation, and health monitoring.Living Days Adult Day Care is open Monday through Friday from 7:30am to 5:30pm. We do offer transportation or scheduling assistance with Viatrans Bus Service if the client is eligible. |

New ClientsAdult day care clients receiving Medicaid/SSI and who have a medical need are eligible with no out of pocket expenses. Clients with mental problems must also have a physical problem also. The admission process for Living Days Adult Day Care consists of obtaining orders from your physician to attend our program. We will need a current list of medications and any medications needed to be taken during the day must be received by the nurse in original labeled bottles.
Transfer ClientsFeel free to attend your first day at the Living Days Adult Day Care facility without registering to try it out! If you do decide to change adult day cares, you must CALL YOUR CASEWORKER to request a transfer. |

Private Pay Clients
If you do not have Medicaid, Star + (SUPERIOR, AMERIGROUP, MOLINA) or a Long Term Care Insurance Plan recognizing Adult Day Cares, you may pay privately. We bill weekly as follows:One half Day (Five hours or less) $17.00Full Day (over five hours) $30.00Transportation ( one way or with a return) $5.00
